Audit restitution

After audit completion, you and the CMO will determine the next course of actions based on their recommendations.

Roadmap

Based on your priorities and objective deadlines, CMOs will construct a roadmap that will serve as a timeline for the collaboration.

Tools

Sometimes, updating your marketing stack can be a huge help in strategy implementation. We’ll recommend the tools we think are needed and will train teams on how to use them.

How do I know if I need a
Part-Time CMO?

We’ll be the first ones to tell you that it is almost impossible to scale a company without marketing. Whether you’re a small company ready to give marketing a try or a larger corporation looking for an external POV, a Part-Time CMO can fill almost every marketing role. Is the Part-Time CMO model hourly,
daily or monthly?

We can’t speak for everyone, but we work on a daily model. You purchase a number of days per month. This serves as a limit on the amount of time our team can spend on your mission. However, don’t let the daily model confuse you, the days can be broken up into minutes or hours and spread out throughout the month. Making us reachable Monday through Friday, unless we’re on vacation of course.

How long is a CMO mission?

Our job is not to stay with a company forever. On average, our CMOs missions last 6 months but there is no minimum or maximum. Our model makes it easy for you to adjust your need. Often, our clients will buy a larger number of days in the first couple of months and over time decrease that until they are up and running all by themselves.

Do I need to commit to a certain
number of months?

Do you buy a car without test driving it first? Didn’t think so. The answer is no, we work on a month-to-month basis which gives you the liberty of stopping your collaboration with us at any time. There is absolutely no engagement.

Can I only work with one CMO at a time?

You love us that much? We’re touched. We have two main types of mission structures: The first, one CMO, one mission. The second being, two CMOs, one mission. Our CEO loves to call them the Super Saiyans. The fusion of two superstars to form a unique being. Regardless of the structure, there is a team behind each CMO helping them hit objectives.

Can I have an audit without the
Part-Time accompaniment?
